Forty-eight additional cases of COVID-19 have been reported since Friday. A total of 898 county residents have tested positive for the virus since the pandemic began, with more than 300 cases reported in November alone. 
Residents who participated in high-risk activities over the holidays are urged to take precautions to prevent exposing others to COVID-19. Gathering with non-household members, even seemingly healthy friends and loved ones, can be considered high risk, said Humboldt County Health…
